Since NobleHosts.com strives to showcase only "noble" companies with reliable products and trusted support (read more about our philosophy: About Us), we have implemented the following policy that helps us make a decision whether a company is eligible for advertising on our web site.

We've made a promise to our users and ourselves to not accept advertising offers from companies that fail to deliver the simplest things: their own products and services in their day-to-day operations.

Every company will go through the evaluation process:

1. You company has to have a satisfying record with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and similar consumer protection institutions.

2. Your company needs to have an easy to access contact information on your web site.

3. If you are a web hosting company, and if you state to offer unlimited resources (web space, bandwidth, etc), you need to have a clear statement on resource limitations, hidden fees and overcharges for resources used. In other words - state the real limit of resources offered by your company. Hosts who "honestly" claim to offer UNLIMITED (or UNMETERED) resources will not be accepted.

4. If you are a web hosting company, you firm needs to have reasonable competitive offers. We do not recognize extremely over- and under priced services.

5. You are required to offer free and unlimited access to your technical and customer support departments.

6. If you are a web hosting company, you will be required to provide a test-file for us to download.

7. Your company needs to have either monetary or time guarantee with your products or services. Free trial-offers would count as time guarantees.

8. Your company needs to have at least a good looking web site (we consider web sites to be businesses' offices) with easy navigation and no broken files. If there is something wrong with your web site - you will be notified of the problem.

8.1. Your web site should not contain excessive external advertising, including but not limited to regular banners, pop-up, pop-under, multimedia and other forms of electronic advertising.

8.2. Your web site should contain original text and graphic material only. We take plagiarism issue very seriously and we do make checks in this regard. If you used a template to compile documents or present graphical material, you will be required to provide a direct link to the allowing source.

9. You have to be in business for at least 1 year.
